Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Level II EUC specialist for a contract-to-hire role in Birmingham, AL. The position focuses on end-user computing, Intune configuration, and Microsoft 365 service optimization. You will work with security and infrastructure teams to enforce Zero Trust policies and maintain endpoint security posture.

You’ll develop automation with PowerShell, maintain documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding while contributing to EUC strategy and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Act as Level II for complex EUC issues and collaborate with team members.
• Assist with administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services with advanced troubleshooting and policy management.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including conditional access and MFA.
• Design and maintain modern endpoint management strategies with Windows Autopilot provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Level II for EUC issues and work with teammates.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployments.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive policies.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD including conditional access and MFA.
• Create PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce Zero Trust and endpoint security posture.
• Support onboarding/offboarding at senior technical level with compliance alignment.
• Contribute to EUC roadmap and tool/process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge bases for Level I/II teams.
