Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Primary support for four school buildings or locations.
• Collaborate with Central Office Base Technology Support Specialist II to understand and use endpoint tools.
• Address and resolve endpoint issues within the school locations.
• Maintain current inventory of devices, tools, and test equipment.
• Provide mentorship to Technology Support Specialist I.
• Maintain records of work and repair history in the work order system.
• Participate in after-hours, weekend or holiday school-related tasks and events.
