Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Digital Experience Engineer to provide advanced technical support and endpoint management for our national staff. The role requires troubleshooting complex issues, managing device configurations, and collaborating with IT teams to implement scalable, secure solutions.

You will leverage PowerShell scripting and modern endpoint tools, with a focus on Windows 11/macOS in an enterprise setting, AD/M365, and endpoint security. Some travel to offices and conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune/Jamf/NinjaOne/SCCM).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and modern identity concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, OS, apps, authentication, and endpoint connectivity.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting/automation language.
• Understanding of endpoint security concepts including patching, encryption, EDR, and device compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills and ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of end-user technical support for national staff.
• Investigate and resolve complex endpoint issues escalated by the Service Desk.
• Manage on-premise and remote end-user requests in an AD and hybrid Exchange/Office 365 environment.
• Communicate progress and resolutions clearly; escalate when necessary.
• Support device configuration, enrollment, compliance, patching, and app deployments.
• Write or improve automation scripts for endpoint administration and remediation.
• Travel as required to provide on-site support at offices and events.
