Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, deploy, configure, and manage end-user computing devices across the organization. This role ensures endpoint systems remain secure, compliant, reliable, and optimized to support business operations.

Reporting to the Information Technology department, you will implement IT policies, perform OS updates, patch management, and provide training to the Technical Services team to ensure quality configurations and operability.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience with end-user devices and endpoint management in a large IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; 5+ years in technical roles.
• Certifications like A+ and/or Network+ or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attitude: collaborate with team and communicate deliverables clearly.
• Communication: participate in planning and process implementation.
• Service Delivery: own issues, meet timelines, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Service Management: oversee OS configuration, patches, and policy-compliant deployments.
• Training: educate Technical Services team on endpoint deployment and management.
