You will work with IT, Information Security, and business teams to improve end-user experience and ensure reliable deployment of endpoints, printers, and applications. Responsibilities

• Design and implement endpoint solutions.

• Lead or assist in 3rd-tier escalations for desktop OS/hardware issues and coordinate with resources.
• Maintain endpoint environment including patching and deployment; script with PowerShell and batch.
• Report status, assess risks, and communicate with IT management and project managers.
