Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. in Boston, MA seeks an experienced endpoint engineer to design and deploy scalable device management across Windows, macOS, VDI, and mobile endpoints.

You will automate deployments, patches, and configurations while enforcing zero-trust controls and leading remediation with security teams. The role requires 3–7 years in endpoint engineering and enterprise device management, with strong scripting skills and expertise in Intune, SCCM/MECM, and AD/Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in endpoint engineering and enterprise device management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM for centralized device provisioning and patching.
• Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting to automate administration and deployment tasks.
• Experience in administering Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, and Group Policy configurations.
• Experience with endpoint security platforms including CrowdStrike, Defender, and EDR solutions.
• Experience in managing Windows, macOS, VDI, and mobile device management ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable endpoint management solutions to provision and configure enterprise devices.
• Automate routine software deployments, patching, and configuration baselines using advanced scripting.
• Enforce zero-trust security policies and conditional access across all endpoints.
• Serve as primary escalation point to troubleshoot OS, hardware, and application defects.
• Manage hardware refresh cycles from procurement to decommissioning.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to monitor endpoints and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Produce and maintain runbooks to streamline IT service delivery.

• Partner with cybersecurity teams to actively monitor endpoints and rapidly remediate detected vulnerabilities.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical runbooks to streamline IT service delivery operations.
