Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks a senior full-stack engineer to design and deliver scalable web apps using React, Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. You will integrate enterprise identity with Auth0/SSO and own API integrations while enabling low-code citizen-development platforms.

You will collaborate across IT, security, and business teams to ensure governance and security in AI-assisted development initiatives, supporting production-ready systems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering for scalable web apps.
• Strong backend/frontend with React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with enterprise identity: Auth0, SSO, OIDC.
• Secure API integration with external systems (e.g., Veeva, MFT).
• Experience building internal developer platforms or low-code portals.
• AI-assisted development tools and governance integrated in code.
• Excellent collaboration with IT, security, and stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy a modern content-management and citizen-development platform using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Oversee lifecycle of internal applications, including system integrations and file transfers.
• Integrate solutions with centralized SSO and entitlement registries using Auth0 patterns.
• Create reusable architecture patterns, templates, and scaffolds.
• Build secure AI-assisted development capabilities with governance controls.
• Support, troubleshoot, and optimize applications from design to production and retirement.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and platform architects to align with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in full-stack software engineering designing and building scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies including React, Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with enterprise identity and access management solutions including Auth0, SSO, and OIDC protocols.
• Experience in developing and consuming secure third-party APIs, specifically integrating systems like Veeva or MFT.
• Experience with building internal developer platforms, self-service portals, or low-code citizen-development solutions.
• Experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and integrating secure governance standards into codebases.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work across engineering, IT, security, and business stakeholder teams.
