Job summary

FirstNet Global is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Administrator in Atlanta to build and deliver application packages for Intune, manage escalations on endpoint devices, and administer Azure/Azure AD. You will develop processes, train staff, and produce KPI reporting to improve IT support operations.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in a large-scale IT environment, strong PowerShell scripting, and hands-on experience with Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 3 years of IT experience in a large-scale environment.
• Experience with Intune Endpoint Management, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager required.
• PowerShell scripting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage urgent and complicated support issues and act as escalation point.
• Administer Azure and Azure Admin portal; manage endpoint devices.
• Develop escalation processes and training materials for staff.
• Provide KPI reporting and data analysis to inform decisions.
