• 2 years of workstation/server/application support experience including software and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, support, and improve the workstation platform and remote access technologies used by 18,000+ associates.
• Collaborate with technical leads and engineers on enterprise initiatives.
• Develop/test Windows workstation deployments with BigFix OSD and Intune, and support imaging/endpoint management.
