TEKsystems in Columbus, OH is seeking an Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst for a 6-month contract. You will lead imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of Windows devices while working with end users and IT teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on endpoint technology, device provisioning with Intune and SCCM, and strong troubleshooting. Hybrid schedule (3 onsite/2 remote) with a competitive hourly rate.

Competenze

• 25+ years of desktop support, endpoint administration, field services, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM / Configuration Manager.
• Experience with device imaging, application deployment, and Windows 10/11.
• Previous experience supporting a large-scale PC refresh or hardware deployment project.
• Strong desktop troubleshooting skills.

Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst

Columbus, OH | Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote | 6-Month Contract

Were looking for an Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative in Columbus. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys endpoint technology, device deployments, troubleshooting, and working directly with end users.

Youll help manage the full refresh lifecycle, from preparing and imaging Windows devices to deploying equipment, migrating users, validating connectivity, and ensuring assets are accurately documented.

What Youll Do

• Prepare, image, configure, test, and deploy laptops and desktops.
• Manage Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM / Configuration Manager.
• Support Windows 10/11 hardware refreshes and workstation swaps.
• Apply required security policies, applications, and device configurations.

Note: Additional onsite time may be required during the initial training period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
