TEKsystems is seeking an Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst in Columbus, OH. This contract role combines hands-on hardware refresh work with end-user support, leveraging Intune and SCCM for imaging, deployment, and device configuration.

The position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with a 6-month contract term and a pay range of $35.00–$45.00 per hour. You will manage the full refresh lifecycle, coordinate with IT teams, and ensure assets are accurately documented in the CMDB.

Competenze

• 25+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM / Configuration Manager.
• Experience imaging devices, deploying apps, and Windows 10/11.
• Experience in large-scale PC refresh or hardware deployment projects.
• Strong desktop troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with IT asset management, CMDB, and ITIL.

Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst

Columbus, OH | Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote | 6-Month Contract

Were looking for an Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative in Columbus. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys endpoint technology, device deployments, troubleshooting, and working directly with end users.

Youll help manage the full refresh lifecycle, from preparing and imaging Windows devices to deploying equipment, migrating users, validating connectivity, and ensuring assets are accurately documented.

What Youll Do

• Prepare, image, configure, test, and deploy laptops and desktops.
• Manage Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM / Configuration Manager.
• Support Windows 10/11 hardware refreshes and workstation swaps.
• Apply required security policies, applications, and device configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, profiles, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate directly with end users during device replacements and provide post-deployment support.
• Support iOS and Android device enrollment and configuration as needed.

What Were Looking For

• 25+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint administration, field services, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Experience with device imaging, application deployment, and Windows 10/11.
• Previous experience supporting a large‑scale PC refresh or hardware deployment project.
• Strong desktop troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with IT asset management, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly when supporting non‑technical users.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Contract: 6 months

Note: Additional onsite time may be required during the initial training period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
