Job summary

Clayton Early Learning is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to provide end-user support, manage endpoint devices, and administer Microsoft 365 services. The role focuses on customer-oriented IT service delivery within a nonprofit setting on a 20-acre Denver campus.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, inventory management, and collaboration with MSPs to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Occasional work-from-home opportunity (not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint devices using Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy, maintain, update, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and related technologies.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and access management.
• Maintain technology inventory records and assist with device lifecycle management.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests while meeting service expectations.
• Coordinate with the MSP and vendors to resolve complex issues and support technology initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
