Job summary

Compugen Systems in Brownsburg, IN, is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Administrator. The role requires 2–3+ years of administration across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows endpoints.

This is an onsite, full-time position focused on secure, reliable, and automated management of the Modern Workspace. You will configure, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 services, device provisioning, and endpoint policies while collaborating with IT, Security, Network, and business teams

Qualifications

2–3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365/Intune/Entra ID administration.
Experience deploying and securing Windows endpoints and device provisioning.
Strong troubleshooting, scripting (PowerShell), and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Licenses.
Manage Intune policies, device enrollment, and compliance.
Configure and troubleshoot Entra ID users, groups, MFA, and access rules.
Administer Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and deployment profiles.
Perform ongoing security, reliability, and operational improvements across the environment.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Network, and vendors; document and standardize processes.
