Job summary

Clayton Early Learning is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to provide end-user support and manage endpoint devices and Microsoft 365 services. The role focuses on a mix of on-site work with occasional remote work, collaborating with an MSP, and ensuring smooth technology operations across the organization in Denver, CO.

Requires 2+ years IT support, Windows/M365 experience, strong troubleshooting and customer service, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint devices using Entra ID and Intune.
  • Deploy, maintain, update, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and related tech.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and access management.
  • Maintain technology inventory records and assist with device lifecycle management.
  • Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests while meeting service expectations.
  • Coordinate with MSP and vendors to resolve complex issues and support initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

The Systems & Endpoint Administrator provides end-user support, administers endpoint devices and Microsoft 365 services, and supports technology operations across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a customer-focused approach and enjoys solving problems in a collaborative environment.

What this Role Involves:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
Education:
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
  • Two or more years of IT support experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Opportunity, but no guarantee for occasional work from home
Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience working with a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • CompTIA, Microsoft, or related technical certifications.
Clayton Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting. Child abuse and neglect state registry, MVR and a national sex offender registry check every 5 years.
  • Must have a valid license driver's license with evidence of active vehicle insurance
  • Pediatric first aid and CPR certification
  • Current PPD-TB testing, standard immunizations, and annual health statement, or willingness to obtain as required
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and meetings related to the role
  • Maintains strong technology proficiency and quickly adapts to new systems, applications, and digital solutions.

Work Environment, Schedule & Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours outside of normal business hours as required

Compensation:
