Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in Product Management and medical devices.
• Experience leading upstream PM and new product development for complex medical devices.
• Ability to translate needs into product concepts, roadmaps, and development plans.
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems hardware/firmware/software.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for the EVR platform.
• Oversee upstream product management for new product development.
• Initiate business development opportunities to advance products.
• Support commercialization and downstream marketing activities.
• Define and prioritize product requirements with clear value propositions.
• Provide PM leadership across cross-functional teams.
