Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Sr Commercial Counsel to serve as legal counsel for the Endovascular Robotics (EVR) division in Newton, MA. You will support business leaders, negotiate complex agreements, and collaborate across Quality, Regulatory, Medical/Clinical, R&D, Operations, Compliance, HR, and Commercial teams.

You will lead with strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment, translating complex issues into clear guidance while maintaining high integrity

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to remain in good standing.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house and/or law firm).
• Proven ability to communicate legal topics and risk and recommendations to business leaders in clear, practical terms.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including go-to-market and clinical trial agreements.
• Developing compliant solutions to support business needs and mitigate risk.
• Representing EVR in senior leadership discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactively identifying and addressing legal risks with stakeholders to advance business objectives.
