Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Endovascular Robotics (EVR) business. The role leads upstream PM for new product development, translating clinical, customer, market, and business needs into product strategies and development priorities.

The Director will collaborate across R&D, engineering, Clinical Affairs, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to guide complex medical device development from concept to realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management and related functions
• Experience with complex electro‑mechanical systems
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams
• Medical device development lifecycle knowledge
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for the EVR platform.
• Lead upstream product management for new product development including market research and VOC.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and value propositions.
• Provide Product Management leadership on cross‑functional development teams.
• Hands‑on Product Management lead for assigned product domain (hardware/electrical/firmware).
• Engage physicians, customers, and stakeholders to validate needs and workflows.
• Develop and coach Product Management talent across EVR.
