Job summary

Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Senior Clinical Training & Medical Education Specialist to advance EVR training worldwide within Advanced Therapies.

The role focuses on developing physician education, procedural training, and scalable training ecosystems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and effective robotic-neurovascular workflows.

Qualifications

• Ten years of clinical, procedural, or medical device experience.
• Five+ years in neurovascular/endovascular/interventional radiology training environments.
• Experience training physicians and hospital staff on complex procedural technologies or medical devices.
• Experience supporting product launches or adoption of new procedural technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead EVR training programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and operationalize training content across the organization.
• Shape curricula, materials, simulations, and digital learning for endovascular robotics.
• Translate product knowledge into physician, staff, and field training.
• Build a scalable education ecosystem including certification pathways.
• Lead hands-on procedural training, labs, workshops, and site onboarding.
• Collaborate with physician users to improve content and workflows.
• Ensure content aligns with safety, use, labeling, and clinical workflows.
• Represent EVR at education programs and conferences.
