Siemens Healthineers Endovascular Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Lead to drive scientific and technical leadership in a cross-functional, global project team within Advanced Therapies.

The role focuses on coordinating activities, milestones, and deliverables across researchers, engineers, and medical experts to advance neurovascular robotics and imaging guidance. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of research experience in medical technology, plus 5+ years leading complex

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in research collaborations, technology development, or related activities in medical technology/healthcare.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex scientific or technical projects with multi-institutional teams.
• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, medicine, physics, computer science, or related field.
• PhD will be considered an asset.
• Strong experience in scientific evaluation, experimental planning, and study design.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and technical program leadership within a cross-functional, global project team.
• Act as central technical contact for the project, coordinating technology activities, deliverables, and milestones.
• Align internal and external stakeholders on objectives, priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and medical experts to plan and execute project-related research.
• Translate program objectives into defined technical work packages, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Maintain alignment between research activities, product development, and regulatory considerations.
• Prepare and present milestone reports and project results to management and sponsor.
