Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinical support resource for surgical coverage and in-service education.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demos across formats.
• Perform clinical and library research and participate in case reviews with physicians.
• Attend clinical procedures in hospital labs and ORs to ensure customer and patient success.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify needs and discuss product solutions.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions.
