Job summary

Dornier MedTech is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM), Endourology, based in Northern California. This developmental role supports the Territory Manager in driving revenue for laser systems, fibers, and endourology products while building clinical and commercial competencies for promotion to full Territory Manager.

Candidates learn quickly, perform with discipline, and are prepared to travel up to 50–60% to account for field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven drive, resilience, and growth mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a prospect list across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices.
• Execute daily call plans and manage CRM records.
• Develop clinical fluency and provide in-service education for staff.
• Build relationships with key clinical stakeholders (urologists, OR staff, admins).
• Understand financial models, GPO structures, and cost-per-case analyses.
• Attend business reviews and territory strategy discussions.
• Complete all Dornier trainings and maintain credentialing.
