Dornier MedTech in the United States is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in Northern California to support revenue generation for laser systems and related endourology products. This developmental role trains you to take on a full Territory Manager position.

You will learn clinical and commercial aspects, build relationships with urologists, OR staff, and administrators, participate in education and product demos, and progress through a structured development track while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of personal, academic, or professional achievement showing competitiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High initiative, self-direction, and organizational discipline.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50–60% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Support Territory Manager in meeting revenue targets for capital and disposable lines.
• Drive independent revenue responsibility in designated sub-territories, accounts, or product categories.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices.
• Execute daily call plans and account coverage schedules with discipline.
• Manage CRM records including call notes, opportunity stages, and forecasted deals.
• Represent Dornier at regional urology meetings, demos, and educational events.
