Job summary

Dornier MedTech is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM), Endourology in the United States. This developmental sales role supports the Territory Manager by driving revenue across laser systems, fibers, and related products while developing clinical, commercial, and territory skills for promotion to a full Territory Manager role.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent achievement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and ability to manage a complex daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager to meet and exceed territory revenue targets for capital and disposable products.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices.
• Execute daily call plans, maintain CRM records, and manage field inventory.
• Build clinical fluency through training and in-service education for urologists and OR staff.
• Engage stakeholders, participate in facility evaluations, demos, and territory strategy.
