Job summary

Dornier MedTech America is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM), Endourology, to join a developmental commercial role that trains the next generation of sales leaders. You will support the Territory Manager across laser systems, fibers, and related urology devices while building clinical and commercial competencies for promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent achievement required.
• Proven track record of achievement and competitive drive.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High initiative with strong organizational discipline and self-direction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager in achieving revenue targets for capital and disposable lines.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list across hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices.
• Execute daily call plans and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Develop clinical fluency and provide in-service education on laser systems and devices.
• Attend regional meetings, demos, and territory strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to navigate multi-account scenarios and learn commercial models.
