Responsibilities

• Answer phones in line with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient records and update information in the hospital system.
• Assist with data entry and billing charges for patients.
• Coordinate with nursing and physician staff to support patient care.
• Support unit operations and participate in safety and QA activities.
