Responsibilities

• Answer phones in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Assemble patient medical records and update information in hospital computer system.
• Enter billing charges and retrieve patient records and test results.
• Assist with preop communications and prepare patients for procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity of care and safe patient transport.
