Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Endoscopy unit at Baptist South. This full-time day shift role oversees nursing care and staff, ensuring safe, efficient procedures and patient flow.

The ANM will coordinate clinical operations, mentor bedside nurses, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with physicians and support teams to deliver high-quality gastroenterology services.

Formación

Medical-surgical experience required.
Post-surgical nursing experience preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse with BLS/ACLS and active license.

Responsabilidades

Oversee, direct, and provide care for patients in the Endoscopy unit.
Lead nursing team and coordinate patient flow during procedures.
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure quality, safe endoscopy services.
