Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to prepare for future Territory Manager roles within the Endoscopy Division. The ATM will assist Territory Managers, deliver exceptional service, provide clinical education, and identify growth opportunities in targeted accounts.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Atlanta, GA metro area and travel 30-40% as part of a team-driven environment. Responsibilities include building relationships, product demonstrations, and contributing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 6–24 months of relevant business experience, or BSCTSRs who have completed the 12-month program.
Ability to travel regularly and transport inventory/equipment to various locations within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Build relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs and in-services.
Provide daily procedural support in an operating room/endoscopy environment.
Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales and optimize account coverage.
Support revenue-generating projects and goals to advance account ownership.
Work with Region Sales Managers to analyze business conditions and sales trends.
Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Assist in professional education activities sponsored by Boston Scientific, on-site and at field trainings.
