Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Newburyport's Anna Jaques Hospital is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Technician to support ambulatory procedures in the Endoscopy/GI area. Under the supervision of an RN, you will prepare and deliver endoscopy procedures and assist with related duties.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting scopes and instruments, performing secretarial and reception duties as assigned, and contributing to a safe, efficient procedure room.

Qualifications

• Previous endoscopy tech or nursing assistant experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and delivery of endoscopy procedures under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Perform secretarial and reception duties as assigned.
• Clean and disinfect scopes and other instruments used for procedures.
