Job Description

Endoscopy Technicians (Therapeutic) are responsible for:

1. Assisting endoscopists with procedures, including advanced therapeutic procedures.
2. Overseeing setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced endoscopic equipment.
3. Aiding in the collection and preparation of specimens.

The Endoscopy Technician (Therapeutic) functions as a technical expert, assisting in both standard and advanced endoscopic procedures. Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma
• Completion of SGNA Associates Program preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in an endoscopy setting
• CPR certification
