Position Summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a talented individual to join our iTwin Support Team. A Senior Technical Support Engineer plays a crucial role in assisting users by resolving their technical issues, promoting product adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes through a proactive, service-oriented approach aligned with user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support users by resolving technical issues via phone, email, and web portals.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, escalate issues when necessary, and document cases thoroughly.
  • Build strong relationships with users, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage complex technical challenges and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
  • Identify and report software defects, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Engage in personal development to enhance support skills.

Technical Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support with global user interaction.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with CAD, modeling, or rendering software.
  • Knowledge of Design Review, Bentley’s Digital Twin solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and CAD products like MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Understanding of cloud-based support and engineering backgrounds preferred.

Important Assets

  • Experience with Help Desk tools, BIM modeling, API programming, SQL scripting, and CAD administration.
