Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in an endoscopy environment.
• CPR certification within 90 days (AHA/Red Cross).
• Associate's degree in surgical technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Gastroenterology Specialist during diagnostic/therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
• Prepare instruments and supplies before procedures to avoid delays.
• Monitor patient tolerance and alert team to changes.
• Label medications on the field per protocol.
• Assist with room turnover and environmental services duties.
• Log and remove malfunctioning equipment from use.
