Job summary

University Cancer & Blood Center/University Health Alliance is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Tech for their Advanced Endoscopy of Georgia unit. The role supports the operating room team, assists nurses and physicians, and requires cross-training across areas to boost workflow and patient care.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, current BLS, and at least two years of endoscopy or surgical experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS required.
• Two (2) years’ experience of endoscopy or other surgical experience.
• Certified Flexible Endoscopy Reprocessor (CFER) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and closely with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organization and daily function of the operating room.
• Assist the nurses and physicians in delivering high standard patient care.
• Cross-train in multiple areas within the facility to support teamwork and workflow.
