UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX, seeks a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department. You will ensure workflow efficiency, compliance with protocols, and staff safety under the Sterile Processing Manager.

Strong supervisory skills and extensive certification are required. Responsibilities include staffing, inventory coordination, and collaboration with OR teams to meet instrument needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Sterile Processing Technician.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily supervisory rounds to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation.
• Oversee staffing assignments and assist with inventory/processing workflows.
• Direct duties of Central Sterile Processing staff and coordinate with OR liaisons.
