Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Department RN leader in Concord, NC for a full-time role. You will coordinate services, develop procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care across the department.

The position requires an active RN license, experience in endoscopy preferred, and BSN is preferred. BLS HCP certification may be required. 40-hour work week with Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS HCP certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and integrates services within the department.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services.
• Recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care.
• Determines the qualifications and competence of department personnel who provide patient care services and who are not licensed independent practitioners.
• Assesses and improves the department's performance.
• Maintains appropriate quality control programs.
• Provides for orientation, in-service training, and continuing education of all persons in the department.
• Recommends space and other resources needed by the department.
• Participates in selecting outside sources for needed services.
