Job summary

Advocate Health in Concord, North Carolina, is seeking a Full-time Endoscopy Nurse Manager to lead the Endoscopy department. You will coordinate services, develop policies, and ensure quality patient care within a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

The role requires RN licensure, management experience, and Endoscopy experience is preferred. BSN preferred; BLS HCP certification required. The position offers competitive pay ($63.45–$95.20 per hour) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must show evidence of job-specific competencies.
• Registered Nurse licensed by the State of applicable state.
• Management experience.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and integrates services within the department and with other departments.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services.
• Recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care.
• Determines the qualifications and competence of department personnel who provide patient care services and who are not licensed independent practitioners.
• Assesses and improves the department’s performance.
• Maintains appropriate quality control programs.
• Provides for orientation, in-service training, and continuing education of all persons in the department.
• Recommends space and other resources needed by the department.
