Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN Manager for the Outpatient Endoscopy Center in High Point, NC. The role leads bronchoscopy staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures adherence to hospital standards.

The position requires a BSN with Endoscopy/GI management experience and RN licensure in the relevant state, plus BCLS/ACLS; CGRN within two years is expected. Strong leadership and quality improvement focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN and two years’ Endoscopy experience, or four years in GI nursing with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs bronchoscopy staff and nurses to provide quality endoscopy services and patient care.
• Directs staff to ensure timely procedures and age/developmentally appropriate care per guidelines.
• Collaborates with department manager to maintain safe patient environment and trained staff.
• Directs staff to ensure departmental quality improvement activities comply with Joint Commission and regulatory guidelines.
• Provides direct patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards of care.
• Collaborates on department budget, capital equipment and care decisions.
