Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the Endoscopy department, coordinating services and implementing policies to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Candidates should have an active RN license, management experience, and Endoscopy exposure; BSN and BLS HCP are preferred. This full-time role is based in a hospital setting with comprehensive total rewards.

Formación

• Must hold an active RN license in the applicable state.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS HCP certification from AHA.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and integrates services within the department and with other departments.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services.
• Recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care.
• Determines qualifications and competence of department personnel who provide patient care services and who are not licensed independent practitioners.
• Assesses and improves the department's performance.
• Maintains appropriate quality control programs.
• Provides orientation, in-service training, and continuing education of all persons in the department.
• Recommends space and other resources needed by the department.
• Participates in selecting outside sources for needed services.
