Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy Sales Representative in Miami to promote market-leading Endoscopy solutions, build relationships with physicians and OR staff, and drive adoption of visualization and connected OR technologies.

You will lead product evaluations, educate clinical teams, and collaborate with a high-performing sales force. Travel up to 20% and a competitive draw with potential commissions support strong earnings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in outside sales; medical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related sales/medical experience including OR exposure.
• Ability to negotiate price and terms with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
• Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assists in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Solves product problems expeditiously.
• May assist in training sales personnel.
