Job summary

Stryker Endoscopy is seeking an Endoscopy Sales Representative in Miami to champion market-leading surgical visualization solutions and forge lasting relationships with doctors, nurses, and staff.

The role requires 2–5 years outside sales in medical field preferred, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 20% overnight; base draw $60k/year with potential commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of five years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience that includes operating room experience.
• Must be able to negotiate price and terms of transactions.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
• Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• May assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress.
