Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. You will evaluate patients before surgery, provide education to patients and families, and support patient safety through adherence to evidence-based perioperative protocols.

Competenze

• ACLS and BCLS required within specified timeframes after start date.
• RN license (state) required or eligible.
• Degree/diploma in nursing as listed (RN, ADN, BSN or diploma).

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education about procedures and peri-operative process.
• Prepare patients including IV therapy and preoperative medications.
• Participate in surgical site verification and universal protocols.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team including providers and nurses.
