Job summary

Memorial Health Savannah seeks a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The RN delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults with diverse medical and post-surgical needs, including comprehensive assessment, medication and IV administration, wound and post-op care, telemetry monitoring, and safe discharge planning.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, using advanced EHR systems to document care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience in medical-surgical care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
