Job summary

Regent Surgical Health is seeking an Endoscopy RN for a full-time role. Under clinical leadership you will deliver intraoperative patient care in the endoscopy suite, monitor vitals, assist surgeons, and ensure readiness of supplies and equipment. You will communicate with the healthcare team to promote safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by ASC policy. Prior ASC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the appropriate state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as required by ASC policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative care in procedure rooms and ORs.
• Transport patients to and from procedure rooms.
• Prepare and position patients for endoscopy.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and medications are ready.
• Verify patient, procedure, positioning, and equipment.
• Perform timeout per site policy.
• Assist surgeon during procedures and monitor vitals.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of the endoscopy suite.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare team for continuity of care.
• Apply sterile techniques before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide postoperative care instructions to patients.
