Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, CA is seeking a Per Diem RN4 in Endoscopy to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families. This position features variable shifts and per diem status, with on-call as needed.

Must be a graduate of nursing school with CA RN license, BLS and ACLS; minimum 2 years clinical experience. Strong assessment, delegation, and patient education are central to this role.

Formación

• Graduate of nursing school.
• California RN license required.
• 2 years clinical nursing experience.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals required.
• ACLS Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Delegates/assigns and communicates expectations for care delivery to team members.
• Documents per department guidelines and policies.
