Job summary

Montage Health is seeking an Endoscopy Registered Nurse for per diem shifts to support surgical services. The role requires delivering direct nursing care, orienting staff, and potentially serving as relief charge nurse as assigned.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and high-quality patient care within an Endoscopy/Surgical Services setting; California RN license and AHA BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS and specialty certification pursued within set timelines.

Qualifications

• At least three years medical-surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital or multi-specialty outpatient surgery center.
• Experience in endoscopy preferred.
• Experience in telemetry preferred.
• State of California RN license required.
• AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications must be obtained prior to completion of orientation and independent assignment.
• Specialty certification required within two years of start date.
