Formación

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• BLS required; specialized certifications as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the patient’s physiologic health status.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team to coordinate care.
• Identifies patient outcomes and develops care plans.
• Implements and evaluates the plan of care; reassesses as needed.
• Administers medications accurately and safely.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Participates in discharge planning and referrals.
• Provides leadership on the patient care unit and delegates tasks.
