Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.
• BSN required; degree from an accredited institution; will be verified.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025; those hired before that date follow prior requirements.
• RN with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Directs and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and resources.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain professional standards, accurate documentation, and adherence to licensure requirements.
