Job summary

Longmont United Hospital's GI Lab and Endoscopy units seek a dedicated RN to join a collaborative team. The Endoscopy suite handles about 170 procedures monthly across five days, with six operating rooms and robotic assistance, and infusion services seeing 5-15 patients daily. You will apply the nursing process to promote safe, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing and RN license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; medium work exertion.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of status, interventions and outcomes.
• Provide patient/family education and teaching.
