Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure from the state of Ohio as an RN.
• Obtains/maintains a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education annually including Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification; ACLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs care for a team of patients and coordinates nursing care for a specified group of patients.
• Precepts new employees as assigned and demonstrates nursing leadership.
• Communicates effectively with diverse backgrounds; uses essential equipment for patient care and supports the care plan.
