SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – St. Louis is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced endoscopy department. This PRN2 role supports multiple procedure rooms, collaborates with the care team, and ensures adherence to established policies and patient care standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating disclipines, implementing care plans, and responding to physician orders while maintaining patient safety and discharge planning. State licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in applicable states.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs.
• Applies evidence-based practice to nursing care per department scope of service.
